12. Severability. If a court determines that any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and the liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that Alliance Church of Christ will provide that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision. 13. Relationship. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Alliance Church of Christ as a result of this Agreement or your use of this Site.

Entire Agreement / Reservation of Rights. These Terms and Conditions and Alliance Church of Christ's Privacy Policy, which this Agreement incorporates by reference, represents the entire agreement between you and Alliance Church of Christ with respect to your use of and material available on or through this Site.
